Embody : Five Keys To Leading With Integrity
$19.99
Pastors and other leaders feel trapped in systems and institutions where actions and decisions often seem to have little to do with the scripture they read or the theology they profess. They are swept into leadership norms that resemble business models more than mission. They see in others and (sometimes) recognize in themselves the disconnect between their own theology and their leadership. They feel unable to fully integrate their beliefs with their behavior.
Many leaders–younger ones, especially–are frustrated and disillusioned by this disconnect. They see hypocrisy all around them, and in themselves. They see that our culture is at a critical juncture, which gives ministry a greater sense of urgency. But they want to do things differently, to be what they believe. They want to embody their Christian beliefs in every decision, every act of ministry leadership.
The functional authority of scripture must be evident in the way church leaders lead, both within the congregation and in the public square. The way we church leaders lead proves the bible does–or does not–matter. In Embody, Karoline Lewis shows how to frame leadership in the church and public square theologically, and from the perspective of incarnation. She shows how leadership can be a direct line between what you believe and what you do. She incorporates examples of Jesus’ leadership and the Paraclete in the Gospel of John, showing how leadership was achieved by walking beside.
Embody offers practical things for the reader to consider and do, instruction and guidance for how to make the ‘integration steps’ necessary in order to become an embodied leader, and exploration of core components of embodied leadership.

Coming Revival : Shaping History For A New Heavenly Reality
$19.997 Steps to Revival. Years ago, the Lord spoke these words to international Bible teacher Derek Prince, author of the acclaimed book Shaping History Through Prayer and Fasting “There shall be a great revival in the United States and Great Britain.” Derek believed God was going to send a tremendous revival, but He wasn’t going to send it to the nations. He was going to send revival to the church in the nations. Then, that revival would impact the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ before His return.
This prophetic word about revival has yet to be fulfilled, which means the years to come hold great excitement for the church. The restoration and renewal God wants to bring to the United States and Great Britain–indeed, to the whole earth–lies just ahead of us.
Each of us has a pivotal role in this upcoming revival. How should we prepare ourselves to be used by the Lord in the revolutionary times to come? The fact is, how soon we see this revival will depend on how soon we are ready. Derek Prince knew there would be many contributing factors to the worldwide revival God intends to bring, and in this riveting book, he focuses on seven elements that are essential to the process. Learn these vital components and how you can prepare yourself to bring about The Coming Revival, ushering in the fullness of the kingdom and the culmination of the age.

Power Of Character In Leadership
$16.99How to Protect Your Leadership Influence and Power
You’ve worked hard to achieve your dreams and goals. Many others have done the same-only to lose it all in the end. Every day, we read about successful people in various walks of life who have lost their power and influence. They’ve been fired, forced to resign, or shamed out of public life. They no longer have a market for their gifts, and they may even face criminal proceedings. These leaders have lost the trust of their companies, constituents, nations, followers, and families. Many were surprised to discover that their talents alone were not enough to prevent their downfall.
Why did they fail in the end? Because they lacked the one quality that would have protected their leadership and given them enduring influence. Ironically, this quality is seldom taught to leaders today, either formally or informally. It is the quality of moral force, or character.
Every human being is a leader over some domain as he or she exercises gifts and influence. That domain might be the halls of government, the boardroom, the classroom, the community, or the home. In The Power of Character in Leadership: How Values, Morals, Ethics, and Principles Affect Leaders, you will discover what character is, what it means to develop moral force, and how to preserve your leadership influence so that it is both effective and enduring.
